Case centers on November 2025 shooting near Center Street and North Olive Street

Authorities are asking for the public’s help to solve the fatal shooting of 40-year-old Jacqueline Sisco, who was found dead on San Antonio’s East Side in November 2025. The case remains unsolved, and investigators say the suspected shooter has not been identified.

Police records show Sisco was discovered with a gunshot wound to her back in front of a home in the 600 block of Center Street near North Olive Street. Officers were dispatched to the area around 5 a.m. on Nov. 7, 2025, after the victim was located on the residential street.

Investigators have also provided an estimated time of when the shooting occurred: about 12:20 a.m. on Nov. 7, hours before the victim was found. The gap between the estimated shooting time and the time she was located has become a key focus for detectives as they try to piece together who was in the area and what may have happened immediately afterward.

Vehicle description is central to the investigation

Police say the victim had apparently exited a black sedan moments before the shooting. Investigators believe the gunfire came from someone inside that vehicle. The sedan’s occupants and the direction of travel after the shooting have not been publicly detailed, and no arrests have been announced.

Authorities have not released a motive, and details about what led to the shooting remain unclear. Investigators have stated that the suspect is still at large.
